This Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) study is designed to support medical research focused on kidney health, disease progression, and the long-term impact of reduced kidney function. CKD is a condition in which the kidneys gradually lose their ability to effectively filter waste and excess fluid from the blood. Because CKD often develops slowly and may not show noticeable symptoms in its early stages, research plays an important role in improving awareness, diagnosis, and care. At CTN Texas, this study aims to contribute to a better understanding of CKD and help researchers learn more about how the condition affects overall health.
